Is it possible to expose the shortcuts in the status bar? I’m mainly thinking about the shortcuts to change transformation mode.
If possible, it would also be nice to have the sub settings exposed as well. Say for example I chose the mode “distribute” having the shortcut exposed to switch between “bounding box”, “origin” and “keep distance” would be nice. Also if it was possible to set the distance without opening the npanel settings. For example, after pressing the shortcut for “keep distance” writing numbers will update the margin (also exposed and shown in the status bar so I know what I’m doing) Imported from Discord
It is clear for me about having an option to change mode with a sub-setting, I will add it to the next release
Regarding “Keep Distance”, let me check, if I understood correctly. You need to set first time objects with keeping distance, but then you need to post-adjust margin, right? Imported from Discord
This is something I can already do in the tool popup (I don’t know what it is called), so actually it might be that it is not that important anyway. But to explain my original though. Say I have four objects, I want to set them 1m apart. so, I click on the correct point on the cage, and then i press 1. This distributes the boxes with 1 m margin. Then I want to set them 0.5 apart in another axis, I click on that point and press 0.5. And then I want it to be 2 m in the third axis. So I press it and then press 2. Having the option to just write the margin directly would be very efficient. But as I said, perhaps it’s not that neccessary since the margin is exposed in the " tool popup" Imported from Discord
