# Quadrify make weird seams not on my selection

Hello,

I just try to follow the tutorial to completely understand this add ons.  
When I make my Quadrify with the pie menu, the seams is not create on the selection and it’s not straight ..  
I use the model from the tutorial.

Do not use this video tutorial. It is very outdated. Instead, use the full tutorial from the official documentation.
